Wow, what a comprehensive list here Michel! I have never thought about doing regular checkups with the doctor but instead just go when something is wrong. This is something I should implement right away, now that I am still young and I can begin to age gracefully too. I also need to cut down on sugary foods and drinks and consume more fruits and vegetables. This is a list worth bookmarking so thank you so much for all your help!

I’m guilty of not going to the doctor unless there’s a problem, working too much while not sleeping enough, and I’m still trying to get cigarettes out of my life.
