Wow, what a comprehensive list here Michel! I have never thought about doing regular checkups with the doctor but instead just go when something is wrong. This is something I should implement right away, now that I am still young and I can begin to age gracefully too. I also need to cut down on sugary foods and drinks and consume more fruits and vegetables. This is a list worth bookmarking so thank you so much for all your help!

I’m guilty of not going to the doctor unless there’s a problem, working too much while not sleeping enough, and I’m still trying to get cigarettes out of my life. Being closer to 50 than 45 now, there are many items on your site that I definitely need to incorporate into my lifestyle.
